would be an unusual move to have a player on loan - then buy him - then loan him out! (especially if we are short... and especially if the manager is investing in youth...)

thought I'd heard DF say after the Tranmere match that it showed the youth weren't up to it. Which suggests loans, albeit thought Hall was the only bright spark against QPRthebish wrote:plymouth wanderer wrote:Transfer 'RUMOUR'

Comment on twitter from DF
DF: "I expect Blackburn to be very well organised. They've obviously got a very good goalscorer who we have done a lot of homework on."
Monday? Just adding to the rumour thread

So £450,000, wouldnt worry too much about promotion based add-ons right now howeverBWFC Official Facebook Page wrote:ROB HALL: #BWFC can announce that the Professional Football Compensation Committee have set the compensation package with West Ham United for the transfer of Rob Hall.
An independent tribunal has ruled that Bolton must pay an initial sum of £450,000 with further appearance and potential promotion-based add-ons.

hmmmm... if so - does this mean that dougie thinks we need more midfielders before we need to strengthen the back four?

Do we really need yet another midfielder?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.
