No Jackett required?

Re: No Jackett required?
What was with Lomas subbing their mains threats? Easter was quick and got their goal and the other lad was tricky and driving them forward.
Baffled me. Didn't stop moaning all game and a guy infront of me ended up screaming at him for constantly hassling the linesman.
Lomas moans almost as much as Beckford

Have a said otherwise? I was just asking SF a question out of interest.CAPSLOCK wrote:What makes you think he might not be a clueless know nowt any more?ChrisC wrote:SmokinFrazier wrote:Good result.
Out of interest, would you still sack DF now or stick with him SF?
I personally don't like Freedman's style of score and sit back. Credit to DF for turning things round though in recent weeks.

It's fairly straightforward LLS, if we win it's coz of an Owen Coyle signing, if we lose Freedman is shit.
It's like being 14 all over again.

I'm glad you pointed that out Worthy... I've got Ancient Fart syndrome, you know, the one where you actually celebrate having a feckin' win.Worthy4England wrote:It's fairly straightforward LLS, if we win it's coz of an Owen Coyle signing, if we lose Freedman is shit.

Yes, 'hats off' to him for adopting a system that requires us to pass it around at the back and then finally picking our best footballing centre half in that position, nine games into the season.CAPSLOCK wrote:Ream was very goodBL3 wrote:Talk us through Ream's performance today.CAPSLOCK wrote:What makes you think he might not be a clueless know nowt any more?ChrisC wrote:Out of interest, would you still sack DF now or stick with him SF?SmokinFrazier wrote:Good result.

Trying to figure out where we are on the form table if you use the past 6 games, looks like 3rd to me after today's result.
The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

Millwall have replaced Bournemouth at the bottom. No wins in their last six games.Armchair Wanderer wrote:Trying to figure out where we are on the form table if you use the past 6 games, looks like 3rd to me after today's result.

They might have a chance to win next week or the week after...BL3 wrote:Millwall have replaced Bournemouth at the bottom. What are you getting at? And why have you added to my quote? Not sure what point you are trying to make.CAPSLOCK wrote:HmmmmmLeverEnd wrote:2nd goal the ball was being passed sideways at the back and I was shouting at Mills to hoof it, when he passed it fcuking backwards to Ream who passed it, got it back and then threaded Beckford through

I thought you were 14. That's the only explanation i can offer for your contributions. SF is one of the few on here who actually rated Ream. Perhaps if you paid attention you might learn something.Worthy4England wrote:It's fairly straightforward LLS, if we win it's coz of an Owen Coyle signing, if we lose Freedman is shit. I think he still has a lot to learn, though if our results continue to be solid, it'd probably be counter productive to sack him. Hopefully things do continue to work for us.ChrisC wrote:SmokinFrazier wrote:Good result.

Glad you enjoyed the game, mate.

Re: No Jackett required?
But they weren't at the bottom before we kicked off. They had the same sort of form as Brighton. Talk about trying to make utter bollocks fit your argument.BL3 wrote:Millwall have replaced Bournemouth at the bottom. Re: No Jackett required?
blimey this is tedious - but I blame Chris for un-necessarily inviting it with the come-on he threw at SF...
can't we just be happy for an evening without an outbreak of accusation and willy-waving??? we won - fecking 3-1!!!

Except Brighton won their last game. Millwall last won six games ago before today.Worthy4England wrote:But they weren't at the bottom before we kicked off. They had the same sort of form as Brighton.
