Re: FA Cup 4th Round - Fields of tw@t'n'cry - Liverpool (a)
A favourite Liverpool moment was watching with a Scouse-supporting mate and his going mad when the ref adjudged Reaina had carried the ball out of the box and gave us a free kick......and...

For what it's worth I checked the prices for Liverpool vs Chelsea in the other cup semi final, £33-35 and a very good £5 for kids. With our game likely being a Saturday & probably not televised, Boris is likely right

Out of interest, they haven't had a home FA Cup game since 2012, when they had four...Athers wrote:For what it's worth I checked the prices for Liverpool vs Chelsea in the other cup semi final, £33-35 and a very good £5 for kids. In the Third Round, (home) tickets were £18-21 with kids a fiver

In the Fourth Round, against Man U, it went up to £39-48 (£15 for kids):

In the Fifth Round, against Brighton, prices went back down £21-30 (kids a fiver).

Sixth Round, Stoke, back up to £31-40

Anyway, that's five minutes wasted...

We're allowed 15% of total capacity for FA Cup fixtures so that equates to potentially 6,700 Wanderers fans.

The area around it is a dump, we would only get 850 tickets. Pleased the bin dippers won.Enoch wrote:Neither have they lately, they play at Kingstonian's ground in Kingston.
It's quaint, not sure it's worth the journey from Bolton.
Architecturally speaking that is.
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

Mystic Meg moment while in the shower this morning: Heskey to knock out Liverpool with a last minute header; Gudjohnson to the score winning penalty against Chelsea in the final. I've put the house on it.

Nah, there's all those lovely kids offering to look after your car for just five pounds!

There may be a better one somewhere: he's told us that he had a Man U kit as a kid...a1 wrote:*cough* might not be him , but it looks it to me. *cough*coffeymagic wrote:Stevie Gee ... beloved club

Dan: AFCW's current home of Norbiton isn't pretty but (as noted) it's better than Anfield and it's got its own popular spots. For instance, the Peel pub just down the main road has a back bar with pole-dancers. Er, apparently...

Not even sure they'll risk Stevieme for this one; they'll probably be saving him for the final.

He's their only player scoring at the moment, so he'll have to play or they'll be screwed even more than having to face us anyway!TANGODANCER wrote:Not even sure they'll risk Stevieme for this one; they'll probably be saving him for the final.
I fancy us for this... Just wish Chungy were here to play them, he'd run rings around Skrtel, Sakho and co.

If SK were knocked out in the Grp Stage, he'd be done by 17th Jan...danardif1 wrote:He's their only player scoring at the moment, so he'll have to play or they'll be screwed even more than having to face us anyway!TANGODANCER wrote:Not even sure they'll risk Stevieme for this one; they'll probably be saving him for the final.
