Normal order restored, though licence applied.
1-1 for me.
1-1 for me.

Back to winning ways. Boost needed after the Rotherham slip-up. 2-0 us for me.

Seems there's only one that's master of the 'Rioja formula'.
I'm up for this one.
Went to Molinuex earlier in the season, thought we were the better side but lost. It was a period when I thought we couldn't win a raffle, the Garvan penalty miss.
Be interesting to see what kind of a reaction to last night is forthcoming. I expect it to be workmanlike, not much else. Be a nice surprise if we do turn it on.
Think I should have put a thread up, had a corker in mind too.

My copy of the formula's handbook has a whole chapter dedicated to this very issue.Bruce Rioja wrote:A thread title only allows 60 characters, too,

On the way down now, Wolves to win!

Not quite as pessimistic as hoboh but I'm more than a bit concerned after what I saw on tues. Can't see Le Fondre as a line striker, but could be wrong. So I'm going to say I haven't a clue what to predict or what the team will look like. I'll just turn up with fingers crossed.

I reckon Moxey might get a run out. Normally that would instill dread in me but I actually thought he looked pretty good in front of the back four at Anfield. Can Lennon work his Pratley magic on Moxey? It'd be a fecking big ask!!!!
First time I saw Wilkinson play I commented on here that the ball wouldn't stick to him if you wrapped him up in fly tape. I'm guessing that my theory wasn't disproved on Tuesday then?! Is Le Fondu eligible for Saturday or not?

Yes Le Fondre can play, hoping Clough too. Wilkinson should be loaned out or left in the reserves, he's got nothing to contribute this season as far as I can see.
There was a cross played in from the right in the second half crying out for him to attack it but instead he just feebly bounced off the defender and then half- heartedly tried to claim a foul. I don't expect him to have the strength of Craig Davies but at least look like he wanted it.

I'd like to see Bogdan start as well. Lonergan looked off on tues and while it is harsh to drop him fir one poor game, I think it's worse to leave Bogdan out after the blinder he had.

McGinlay's delight at scoring against Wolves was akin to that expected of a lottery winner.

But a much safer gambleTANGODANCER wrote:McGinlay's delight at scoring against Wolves was akin to that expected of a lottery winner.
To be fair to Super, he just loved scoring goals. Like that celebration at Hull that someone posted the other day - arms outstretched, back bent backwards in sheer exultation. There was a man with job satisfaction.

Oh, believe me, I'm always fair to Super. He defines the word "exhilaration" as well as anybody I can think of.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:But a much safer gambleTANGODANCER wrote:McGinlay's delight at scoring against Wolves was akin to that expected of a lottery winner.

Well, this sorts that!
CONFIRMED: Adam Bogdan is set for a spell on the sidelines after sustaining an ankle injury in training.
