Haha, they call us Horwich Wanderers, and it's funny because that is where our stadium is. Hahahahaha LOL.

This reminds me of the idea that McGinlay had, where when we played Wolves he'd dress up as Lofty go and antagonise the Wolves fans then take the head off and reveal it was him. I'd love it, love it if he did that.

That would be incredible

On the game, I'm pretty sure they're missing Sako cos of the ACON which is as big a miss for them as Chungy is for us. I reckon it will be fairly tight and decided by 1 goal, hopefully to us :D

I don't think they like us...

" It just so happens that my intense dislike of them is enhanced by 1995, McGitlay, Sneekes, Lofty the $#@!ing Lion, Uriah Rennie, Owen Coyle, Mark Davies, last minute winners/equalisers denying us vital points, cheating, gamesmanship, atrocious decisions going against us."

I'll be on the road by 7:00 am in the morning, no doubt I'll be looking for some kind soul to wet me whistle come midday.

BP and I will be in Horwich pre match at McGinlay's pub if you fancy that?

Are you around afterwards? BP won't be, of course. You'll have done for him by then.

If I survive the home brew, which is by no means certain, i'll be in one of the nearby pubs before getting the train to Bolton around 6.30pm.

I'm hoping we dispense with three at the back tomorrow. Tired or no, it felt it was a feature in allowing the Millers to get behind us and almost play pot shots. By the time we changed our act around it was far too late. Maybe a bit of fire power up front will make a difference but the back four have been doing well enough of late, so back to them please.

We need to score a couple to win this one. Afobe plays for this lot now and is bound to get a goal!

So, here we go again. Mrs H originates from Wolverhampton (I know, just leave it, alright!!). So what do I do? Tell her that we ARE the one and only Wanderers, or pretend (like her) that I haven't noticed the fixture tomorrow and that this weekend was very much like any other?

We've been married 22 years, so you'd think I'd know how to behave on this weekend by now, but no, I'm never sure what to do.

As usual, I'm hoping that I'll be able to celebrate with the "We are the one and only Wanderers" chanted at volume in her face, but experience shows that doesn't end in a good place.....
Hope is what keeps us going.

She knows. She told me.

Tomorrow you may be quietly having breakfast, on your second cuppa, reading the paper as SHE bellows "We are the one & ....".

Get your retaliation in first man !!
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

Dear, dear H. Mrs Tango of 33 years originates from Fazakerley. To my shame I have a son and grandson who are sham mankies, and one in America who is the worst sort of of plastic Scouser. There is however, absolutely no doubt which team gets cheered in our house, none whatsoever.
There is also no doubt at all who are the one and only Wanderers.

They are showing this
