Re: Dirty boy!
Bringing the club into disrepute could be the answer to getting rid without compensation on a gross misconduct charge. Looks like "Honey trap" might have been employed. Allegedy, Dearden may (or may not) be making an announcement later..but he'd better hurry up.

Oh,boy, if that's right we surely should be glad to see the back of 2015. We will have to start at the foot of a big hill again. We've been there before, though. We can do it.goffy7167 wrote:looks like Lennon has resigned, club to make an announcement later today!!

Re: Dirty boy!
Bang on. He's come across as a coward in the mirror article too. The shagging around is here nor there to me but it's the alleged threats by himself and the coaching staff that really upsets me. He has a track record of this, apparently. He must be a joke in the dressing room now, can you imagine taking orders from this coward and then taking them seriously?TonyDomingos wrote:Whereas, he saw her as what? Re: Dirty boy!
It's come from Jack Dearden, he's said club to make an announcement this afternoon although he's not said it's in relation to, whether NL's "tactics" meetings in Kilhey Court hotel or it could be due to a potential takeover, who knows. TBH , Lennon would've known earlier than today that the article was going to appear so I'd have thought if he was going to resign because of this "scandal" ,he would have done it earlier? I might be wrong though.Bruce Rioja wrote:You missed the 'According to Twitter', Goffy.goffy7167 wrote:looks like Lennon has resigned, club to make an announcement later today!!
Re: Dirty boy!
I didnt get it from Twitter.....I got it from a taxi driver who was taking me home - said it was announced on GMR???Bruce Rioja wrote:You missed the 'According to Twitter', Goffy.goffy7167 wrote:looks like Lennon has resigned, club to make an announcement later today!!
Re: Dirty boy!
Did the taxi driver get it from Twitter?
I think the fact that there's some club statement due on the same day as news breaking about Lennon dipping his wick here there and everywhere has led some to jump to conclusions.

Apparently there's some or other statement due and people are assuming it'll be Lennon's resignation. Given the current state of things it really could be about pretty much anything.

Re: Dirty boy!
My point exactly (as I mentioned above). I'm convinced it's not about Lennon resigning and more about the takeover as our assets/bank accounts where "unfrozen" on friday.LeverEnd wrote:Did the taxi driver get it from Twitter?

Re: Dirty boy!
I doubt he got it from Twitter as he seemed to be busy driving his taxi, he didnt have a laptop on his knee and he was using his mobile phone as a satnav. However, he had GMR on the car radio and said it had just been announced that the club would be making an announcement.....but your right, the taxi driver could be jumping to conclusions???LeverEnd wrote:Did the taxi driver get it from Twitter?
