I really hope that reads "a consortium with Deano in it" rather than "Deano"...TKIZ! wrote:http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/wa ... Wanderers/?
Is this real? Deano has stumped up the cash??
Re: The Debt.
Yup, still stumped the cash up by the look of it.Worthy4England wrote:I really hope that reads "a consortium with Deano in it" rather than "Deano"...TKIZ! wrote:http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/wa ... Wanderers/?

Pfffft.
Re: The Debt.
My thoughts exactly. I hope he is not maxing out the credit card to cover the initial costs. We need someone with high tens or preferably hundreds of millions in the bank to make this work.Worthy4England wrote:I really hope that reads "a consortium with Deano in it" rather than "Deano"...TKIZ! wrote:http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/wa ... It's now Saturday and there aint no training ground listed for sale on ebay.jetsetwilly wrote:Hmmmm. Maybe I was right? Everyone in the ED PG love in said administration couldn't happen. Well just watch this space. Friday I believe. We are then free to asset strip to pay the main creditor ED. Training ground for sale anyone?
I guess you must've meant next Friday then.
Businesswoman of the year.
Re: The Debt.
Seems a bit of a conspiracy theory
Administrators generally don't asset strip. Their remit is to sell as a going concern if possible so to asset strip goes against their obligation.
Also, from what I remember, in terms of preference Eddie may not be top. After any charge secured against an asset the administrators fees come next, then preferential creditors, then holders of a floating charge and then the rest. So it would depend on if any of his loans were secured against the assets, which would have to be shown in the accounts.
In normal business it is surprising how often administrators fees take 90% of the available cash.

Re: The Debt.
Iles has been told Disley isn't part of the consortium. You'd also imagine someone who'd been jailed for fraud wouldn't pass the fit&proper test, but then...boltonboris wrote:Holdsworth was in the Hotel and in the Directors box with Jonathan Disley on Saturday - For those of you who don't know Jonathan Disley.
