Re: Trotters pics
Found this whilst searching for something else. Apparently a gang of Bolton supporters waiting ouitside The Bradford Arms in the 1980's for Burnley fans to come out of the pub. No doubt to shake hands and say "welcome to Bolton lads".....I think...

I initially read it as Management anger. At the rate we're sinking anger management might be appropriate.Worthy4England wrote:Is that advertisement in the background, misrepresentation.

I was on my way to the school football County Cup Final played at Manchester City's old training ground the night of the Hysel disaster. Always remember that.CAPSLOCK wrote:I saw Allatt play for us in a fund raising match on Willows Lane - think it was a shale pitch

These days they'd call it Centre Parcs and charge a few hundred quid for that quality of experience.Bruce Rioja wrote:Chelsea v Bolton 1957

Re: Trotters pics
That'll be Derek Hennin playing right half back. Bryan Edwards or Graham Stanley played left half back around then.Bruce Rioja wrote:Chelsea v Bolton 1957

That guy's foot's a bit high.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
