Prince gives a free away, Danns complains about elbows and Anthony is still good for wood. Feeney now and...we get a free for a foul on Feeney. Ninety coming up and and......Spearing, Moxey....plenty in the box and six ninutes announced. Feeney is eventually offsied. Drama, you ain't seen nothing yet.

They visit and....Diara ......and Lennon going mad at the ref for not letting goal machine back on. We clear and....the machine rolls back into action. Amos free kick and.......and....wallop and....they clear to Holding who feeds Moxey. Feeney and....wins another corner and.....Dobbie replaces Clough who apparently has grafted well. COME ON....dAVIES, Danns and....ohhh, Dvies down inn the box bot not a pen. They visit us and.....go back and now Amos has it. Wallop again and....and.....and.....they have it and......and....Vaz Te and Ba and we get a free kick for Ba on Moxey. Moxey wanted the break but get the free near halfway. Amos to leather and.......and....it's all over at 2-2.

Good point, we're still fecked but we'd be more fecked if Chrlton were 8 points ahead of us instead of 5.

Good comeback, I'll take it. It's something to build on for Saturday. Sounds like we played well.

Wow, looks like we actually statistically played better in that one!

Possession 53-47
Shots on target 6-3
Corners 8-3

Probably looked better on paper..

Anyway, better than a loss. I'm off to bed (a mere staircase away). Cheers for the commentary Tango, and good on those who attended.

Entertaining game between two poor teams. The London end of the forum (9 of us!) having a post match pint in the infamous antigallican.

Fair play to them. I was out & switched the radio off at 2-0. Happily surprised to see us put up a fight.

Vela ... good lad.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Sounds serious but I guess we'll find out more soon. Rotten luck.

Would appreciate a rundown from anybody prepared to give an idea who played well and any relevant comments etc?

Charlton interim head coach Karel Fraeye:

"A point against Bolton at home is useless.

"We played good football up to 32 minutes. Maybe my players were over-confident and we forgot how we managed to get to 2-0 by playing football. And we got punished.

"I am not disappointed - I am angry. When we play Bolton at home, it is up to us to dictate the play.
feck off you cheeky c*nt! Hope they go down with us.

Well, yes, we & they are going down. A good game (as in it wasn't boring), but both sides were sloppy and neither keeper had to make a save in the second half.

Can't give you a player-by-player rating, but I thought Wheater stopped everything that came his way, Clough looked skilful but lightweight and the Goal Machine is a top comedy player. I genuinely cannot see the point of him.

After the match Mr Lennon said "It's just how long we can keep Emile Heskey going. If he keeps playing like that then he's still making a valuable contribution." - makes it sound like they're literally patching him up on a daily basis with bits falling off of him all the time. he's only 37. Struth, you'd think in this day and age you could get a footballer to survive beyond forty. (On a personal note I've got a stonking headache. I can feel lawnmowers buzzing about the inside of my skull).
