Well, yes, we & they are going down. A good game (as in it wasn't boring), but both sides were sloppy and neither keeper had to make a save in the second half.

Can't give you a player-by-player rating, but I thought Wheater stopped everything that came his way, Clough looked skilful but lightweight and the Goal Machine is a top comedy player. I genuinely cannot see the point of him.

After the match Mr Lennon said "It's just how long we can keep Emile Heskey going. If he keeps playing like that then he's still making a valuable contribution." - makes it sound like they're literally patching him up on a daily basis with bits falling off of him all the time. he's only 37. Struth, you'd think in this day and age you could get a footballer to survive beyond forty. (On a personal note I've got a stonking headache.
