Goal Machine Cameron really should have scored that

Damn. Really good link up play with JDB and Jerome there.
Never feel convinced when Jerome's going to take a shot. He's definitely a lot more threatening lately though.

Yellow for that?
Go home ref you're drunk.

Urgh, referee with an early booking for Santos. Sets an ominous precedent for bookings. Very harsh with covering defender. Maybe Santos swore when protesting?

True, but this’ll be slightly more of a test than Salford and Port Vale reserves. Hoping he can have a big effect on the game in that 10 positionMar wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2024 7:00 pmCMG is in really good form if his last two FLT games is anything to go by. 2 goals, 2 assists in 2 games.brommers95 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2024 6:56 pmLooking forward to seeing what Ogbeta and Ramsay have to offer. Also time for CMG to show why we shelled out a decent chunk of change for him.

FFS Aaron, sloppy that. Santos recovered well.

Jerome reminding me why I wanted a new striker so far!

This referee is the same ref we had when we lost at home to Carlisle, when he gave two penalties against us, one vs Dempsey (harsh) and the other vs Toal (catching the ball).
Hopefully that's not to be repeated today.

Aye recognised the refs name. Usually means he is a dickhead.

Morley is going to cost us if he keeps on losing the ball there.

Pretty disturbing the previous we've got with this guy given he's refereeing a knockout game. Like Mike Riley refereeing our cup final, never gonna go down well if the ref ends up feeling aggrieved.

Morley looks a yard off it, which I suppose isn’t surprising as he’s our least used midfielder.

Like the look of Ramsay. Right up my street!

Aaron Morley getting pelters off us all, odds on to score.

We've played well so far.
Not sure i'd say we should be ahead, but definitely look good value at the min.
I'd echo the same sentiments of Insano at the min, CMG and Morley looking decidedly off. Possibly lack of game time with the squad, so this match can only help.

The front two are playing well, I just don’t see a goal between them…that’s the problem. Outside the box both doing a good job. But neither look threatening at all.
