it was a reference to allardyce leaving nolan offside when the offside rule 'changed' . they've all done 'weird' things. zat upfront for 10 minutes is as sane as , i dunno, playing a forward at left back for months.

drop ream, play beckford, put knight back, sort the midfield out.
