I was just joining the debate between bish and Pru by suggesting a third alternative. It's not my suggestion by the way, it's what the commentator said (previous page, Highlights, 9 seconds in)

Don't know if HMX or Devon White have mentioned are incident outside the pub. In simple dimwit Dan turned up 30 mins before the rest of you but didn't have his I.D and thus couldn't go in the pub. Devon White then had to talk the doorman into letting me in. Its was a good laugh despite not bumping into most of you - out of interest did you all stand/sit together (Pru, Kinty, Tony, Enoch etc)?

BTW we (HMX, myself and Devon White) were in the pub(O'Neill's) form 5:30 until about 7:10. When you walked in if you had of turned right and walked to the end then we would have been there, I spotted Pru walking in looked him in the eye but he didn't see me. Booooo! Guess we will all have to meet up at Charlton unless any of you are going to Ipswich? Maybe I should of stood on the table and sang Redcar a sh**hole or there's only one Aidy Boothroyd or something.

well - me and GG DID walk to the right and have a good look around - then GtE arrived and he and GG were in that area to the right whilst GtE generously bought the drinks while I went off to look for Pru.. you clearly blanked us!

With the obvious exception of the result, the only thing that irritated me all night was O'neill's staff doubling up on t' plastic beakers. I hate Guinness running down me chin!
