Re: BWFC Podcast
My honest opinion: the taster seems a little too scripted for me. I prefer a more natural discussion in a podcast. Having said that, I enjoyed it enough that I would definitely listen again. Certainly has potential.

Re: BWFC Podcast
Thanks Cheese!
It's a really good point. And we're bound to sound a bit scripted - not being professional actors and all.
But, we'll get more natural as we go along I reckon. Practice makes perfect and all that.
We listened to some other BWFC podcasts without a script, and we didn't find it engaging enough. We want the material to be as strong as possible, even if our delivery needs some work!
Next one is out soon anyway, so we'll see how we get on.

Glad you're all still enjoying it! 90% of feedback has been good so we'll keep doing it! It's good fun to put together - we're not breaking news or providing in depth exclusive analysis, but it's something a bit different. Thanks for the kind words.

Re: BWFC Podcast
Just one comment if you will: A belly laugh ot two or a raised voice here and there might help. The voicework is a bit all one level. Pretty decent but for that.

Thanks Tango. Spot on - and there's plenty to belly laugh at, what with Blackburn and everything.
I reckon as we go on we'll get better at throwing ourselves into it. At the moment it's all a bit new... still a bit surprised people are listening and liking. Feedback like this always welcomed.

Re: BWFC Podcast
Finally got round to listening. Pretty good effort. It's got just the right mix of banter, humour and facts.
Plus the sexual chemistry between the pair of you is electrifying! Will they? Won't they?....It's like Ross and Rachel all over again.
Seriously, really enjoyed it. Keep it up.

Re: BWFC Podcast
Really good that, I used to listen to one podcast a while back but stopped because the four blokes doing it were awful. Same thing week in and week out, will look forward though to more from the men in white.

I like the idea, I really do. We've built up something of a following so far - hopefully if we keep growing we can look at stuff like that. Glad you enjoyed it TKIZ - and thanks for saying so!TKIZ! wrote:Really good that, I used to listen to one podcast a while back but stopped because the four blokes doing it were awful. The songs seem to be a pretty popular part.
I think I know the other podcast you're referring to. We did some lazy research, and that one came up. Ours isn't trying to be insightful or analytical, as I believe they were. We're just going to write some silly songs and make some quips about whatever's going on in the world of BWFC.
