Derby are a decent team and 5 in midfield, at least for seventy minutes, makes sense to me. I'd sooner have seen Cravies leading the line, but he can't seem to score.

Would I take a point now? I'm not sure, but it seems like Dougie would.

If navies Chungy and Feeney get forward and ur with the ball it could work. It's dead down here by the way, seems quiet even for this season, less thdn 10 mins to go as well.

And they score.

Chungy dives in, defence can't handle them being a man up, and a tap in from a cut back.

As soon as Chungy didn't get to the interception that had goal written all over it. He should have stood his ground there.

Mcnaughton seems the only one willing to put his head in where it counts. Too much going back to Lonergan and punting it up only to lose out on headers and be straight back under pressure. USE THE MIDFIELD!!!!

...especially as there's five of the buggers and we've got a non-target man up front. Idiotic to play long.

No avenues to attack. When we get possession, there is nowhere to go forward except for the midfielders to take on their man or to send it long. Change something please.

There's no movement, we just stand still and point at each other, It's school yard stuff.

I thought ]Mcnaughton was pretty ineffective first half. Looks frightened to death to be honest. Can't part with the ball quick enough. Same old same old with our lot backing off. Every team we play show how it should be, diving on us like a pack of wolves and hassling us, while we.....back off, get beaten anyway and let them have the freedom of Horwich to play in. We're making them look better than they are. Chungy, Mark Davies and Feeney are all capable of taking it to them, ffs put some pressure on instead of keep backing off.

W could try opening the game up a bit instead of playing telephone box passing. The amount of passes being fired at marked players is like watching Moss Bank Rovers....if that good.

It's not just the players is it though? They've got to be given tactics/ideas to remonstrate that on the pitch. Freedman doesn't give them anything! We've seen how mark davies can play....but he and all of them don't seem to have any idea what they should be doing. They look poor but i blame the manager and his backroom staff

... and again the lady talks sense.

He has sucked the confidence from them, confused them with his "clever" thinking and neutralised any threat we may offer. Meanwhile the fans have had their spirit surgically removed so we can't even get worked up any more.

How's that truce working out Dug ?

Meanwhile Huddersfield go back in front against Millwall, so we're not just in the drop zone, we're three points adrift. And at our present rate of point accretion it'd take us the thick end of six games to catch them up even if they sat on their arses watching telly.
