Wake it up lads, we're winning but the game isn't won...yet...Bury go one up on Millwall, we clear our lines but back they come again. We really need to prove something here. Henry and......? warm up on the sidelines.

This is sounding pretty much like a carbon copy of our performance against Coventry on Tuesday ffs!

Spearing wins a free kick and....Alnwick sends one forth. We lose it again, Richards....then Hoskins tests Alnwick but we get a goal kick. Madine not winning much up front is seems, maybe time for Plan B? Oh. off to Bury, goody. Henry replaces Sammi with nineteen minutes left. Their defenders sound to be getting away with murder on Madine. Derik clears for another home corner....Taylor and......another corner. Again and.....Alnwick grabs it. Anderson goes past Clough and....fxking hell, off to Bury again. 2-0 up. And now....it seems all the Cobblers with fifteen to go. And....throw them and Alnwick claims it. Madine shoves Matt Taylor and gives one away. Anderson leaves for them as Potter comes on.

Spearing has it, now Madine, Zac and.....Henry not expecting it. Cleared and....Thorpe has it, now Beevers and Madine.....and cleared for a throw. Zac, Vela, Zac again and.....it's a goal kick. That second goal before half time would have taken the pressure off, but now we're seeing the tough bit. Sheefleil winning, Scunny and Bradford still drawing....Come on Whites. Corner them now again and........Taylor and.....Beevers heads clear. Hoskins gives us a throw...

And....Wilson and...Velka and....Proctor gets the clearance but they get a goal kick. Thorpe clears, Spearing, Taylor, they clear for a throw to us. Come on Whites........Taylor, cleared, Beevers back and......keepr catches. Beevers does well and now it goes backwards. Henry wins it but they clear. Phillips goes forth and....e get a free kick. Six to go and Chris Taylor comes on for..Zac.....eventually
Matt Taylor, Revell, Hoskins, Phillips and.....Vela vlears but has no support. Proctor loses out to Potter who loses it then wins it back. Andy Taylor, Vela,Taylor, Derik, Henry, Spearing.....Zac....Taylor...Beever, Alnwick. Wallop.....they clear, Henry handles and ......we go to Giggle Lane...

Taylor (Matt) has a shot deflected but we clear. Three to go....make that two.....Beevers part clears and......Alnwick manages to get it and clear. Wilson, Henry and.....a throw them with one official minute to go.........and...O'Toole is offside and we get a free kick. COME ON YOU WHITES.....COME ON YOU WHITES......goal kick them and....FIVE FXKING MINUTES AGAIN? Is it a conspiracy, where's Hoboh.....

First half possession was 73-27 at one point. Looking slightly better at almost 60-40 now, but clearly we're hanging on by our finger nails.

5 minutes?? !!!!!

Come on......They sally, they feed Taylor and we deflect his shgot into the side netting. Thorpe clears, Matt Taylor does a Wigan and......fans start to leave and....Alnwick wallops, they send i back, Thorpe gets three headers clear but they have a free kick off Proctor and.....cleared but they have a corner. And....its all over.......we win 1-0... :oyea:

Great 3 points away from home and our rivals drop 2 points each. Now THAT'S a good Saturday.

The worry on the horizon is that success this season may well rest on us keeping hold of Clough in January.

Almost. Bury's second last-minute defeat in a row means it's just us and Milwall.

grinding out wins is good enough for me. This could be the time when others may have a wobble, namely Scunthorpe, Bradford

Absolutely awesome result....this was a very difficult game and I would have been happy with a draw so this is a fantastic result.

Message to Ken Anderson please get us a proper goal scoring centre forward in January, we can't keep relaying on young Zach Clough because Madine & Proctor (who to be fair hasn't really been given a chance yet) don't look like they even know how to score a goal.

A relevant point amongst it all is our defence is keeping teams out, not cracking under pressure and getting clean sheets even without Dave Wheater. If we get scoring a few sorted out we're as good as anybody else in this league. Good day even with the myserious phantom five minute hoodoos of last week and this.
