That is, to be totally honest, feckin shite. That does not look anywhere near a portrait of Nat Lofthouse. Bogotters to that...
Come on, get at least a passing resemblance ffs.

Agreed. Frank Skinner comment spot on. At least they've not made it yet, unlike Southampton with their Ted bates/jimmy krankie debacle. I'd rather have Skinner than Krankie, at least he put Dave Higson on Fantasy Football League.

Didn't Kevin Davies model for this? I can see more KD in this sculpture than Lofthouse.

The Lofthouse statue isn't that bad compared to some other recent ones. The Fred Dibnah one in Bolton town centre is terrible. It looks nothing like him but worse than that, the proportions are all off. He must have size 18 feet or something ridiculous.

It looks like a fvckin caricature, that!

Everyone went batshit when those lads improved it by taking those disproportioned glasses off it

I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.

conservative, tasteful, white and blue. Tick tick tick. I just don't like the badge, I preferred the sperm, or the elephant.

One of my best mates is MD of Fibrlec and he's so chuffed that they accepted the sponsorship deal.

It might not be bringing mega-bucks into the club, but at least we've got a 100% Wanderer's fan willing to put his money where his mouth is for the club.

I'm sorry, I wouldn't have said anything if I knew I'd be shot down by your acerbic wit.

I do feel silly now.
