My brain hurts because of this conversation. I can't keep up with it.

But to summarise Dan thinks Sharp and Lambert are the bogs dollocks.

That's just daft
Pfffft.

In the Mirror (not Nixon article) that Jussi is wanted by Allardyce. It shouldn't come as any surprise.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... nen-853403" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
West Ham boss Sam Allardyce wants to sign Bolton's veteran keeper Jussi Jaaskelainen.

Allardyce knows free-agent Jaaskelainen from being in charge at Bolton and the Finnish star, 37, has held talks with the Hammers about a possible free transfer.

It comes as West Ham battle to keep current No.1 Robert Green, who is also a free agent and has knocked back a new contract offer.
Do not trust atoms. They make up everything.

According to Holden's tweet in todays' Bolton News he's going no where:

Meanwhile, Stuart Holden took to Twitter on Monday night to stamp out transfer speculation linking him with a move to Turkish club Fenerbahce.

The US midfielder, currently back home in the States, tweeted fans: “Not true lads. BWFC for me.”

If Jussi starts thumping the table, we could need someone experienced but cheap. Options:
* Andy Marshall (released by Villa, ex Norwich, now 37)
* Marcus Hahnemann (released by Everton, 40, Yankee!)
* Stuart Taylor (Man City so local, career benchwarmer, still only 31)
* Carlo Nash (Stoke, 38, another bench-botherer, Bolton-born…)
* Mike Pollitt (Wigan, 40, Bolton-born)
is my memory right that he has played a couple of absolute blinders against us??
He also thinks that Owen Coyle is absolutely clueless.
does he??
Yep. He told a mutual pal that over the last 5 years he's got to see every premiership manager operate at close quarters from his vantage point on the Wiggin bench, and that Owen Coyle is THE most inept feck* that he's ever seen operate. He spouts stuff out for the sake of it like the manager of a pub side might.

BN today says Jussi has been offered a final "take it or leave it" deal.

He's gone TD, see link in Farewell Jussi thread. BN have updated story, he's turned the deal down and is off.

So . . . we WON'T be signing him?

I wanted us to sign the other feller, Vuckceivic, but he hardly ripped up any trees at Jackburn last season either.

Coyle and his staff just knew he wouldn't have been any good ;)
