You will be old enough to remember what caused him to leave too. Did a great job as manager of Blackburn as well.as wrote:I'm old enough to remember how that ended too.....I'll give you a clue.....they've not recovered 20yrs laterBoltonScott wrote:Just like they did when they appointed Kenny Dalglish you mean? They drink 'Bennie and hot' in Burnley. Approx 30% of the total drunk in UK is consumed in Burnley.David Lee's Hair wrote:I cannot for the life of me remember.William the White wrote:That's true - that was on TV recently! Its very accommodating of Liverpool to think this way, but I do have to question the practical logistics of shifting a city of this size.
And have we established exactly where or why Coyle wants it to move to?

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.

I've long advocated digging a ditcharound the place & having a few tugs pull it out & up the Irish Sea, toward Iceland. That 'd really feck the Icelandics up.
I believe this was tried some time ago ... hence the Isle of Man.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Oh. Welcome back, Sir Nuts
Don't try to be a great man. Just be a man and let history make up its own mind.
