Awful awful draw.
Really wanted to play someone different. Not another dreary premiership repeat.
Ah well chance to go through though.

Wow, they get 2 cup finals in one season. Good chance to right a flat performance last Weds
Re: FA Cup 4th Round
Lovely pie eaters again!
By the time we play them they might not even a fit goal keeper the way they are going!
Fingers crossed this could be a cup run in the making!

Well it was until you waded in with your size 12's.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I think Kirkland is better than having no-one as far as we are concerned.Bigzippy wrote:Lovely pie eaters again!

Re: FA Cup 4th Round
With so many Premiership teams falling by the wayside this round (I think there are only four, maybe five Prem teams who have opposition from another division), we have to get through this. We must get through this. couldn't care less what sort of display there is, just win.

Boring games really. Was hoping for Chelski Vs United and Arsenal/Leeds Vs Man City. Still can't complain with a home game.

My thoughts too.Gaz Tomorrow wrote:Boring games really. Was hoping for Chelski Vs United and Arsenal/Leeds Vs Man City. Still can't complain with a home game.
Is that the least exciting 4th round draw of all time ???
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Re: FA Cup 4th Round
Decent enough draw. It'll probably be a sad sight when a game between two Premiership teams gets a worse attendance than Bolton vs York City, but as long as we win it doesn't matter.
Whatever happens, 10 Premiership teams will have been eliminated (at least) at the end of the round.
Why would anyone want to see Arsenal vs Chelsea and Man Utd vs City? (other than that it'll make it easier for us to win) So ITV can show both while still banging on about 'the magic of the FA Cup'.
I'd rather see City go to Notts County as a neutral.

Re: FA Cup 4th Round
Looking like this could be a good year for a cup run.
Re: FA Cup 4th Round
Probably better for them to get out of the cup. Need to rest in order to focus on their relegation struggle.thebish wrote:who did Liverpool get? (snigger)
Re: FA Cup 4th Round
Gutted. Wanted an away tie down South (so I could get there and watch)!
