Bolton Wanderers vs Tottingham Hotspur

Post by thebish » Wed Feb 02, 2011 2:49 pm

Luka Modric has been ruled out of action for around 10 days after undergoing surgery due to a bout of appendicitis, according to Goal.com.

The surgery means Modric will likely miss the games against Blackburn and Bolton on Wednesday and Saturday respectively.

I'm nervous about posting on thie match thread now..

Can i just say...come on you whites ! ;)

But seriously...toteenham have defensive problems, and with no Modric...i can see us getting a result there if we have a morale-boosting win tonight !

I entertained the thought of posting in the other thread but decided against it..

Anyway, was thinking about going to see this one, but £40 put me off. And a probable loss?

What match thread?

Bloody ignore button....

Supa John chips in
HEARING that Harry Redknapp is thinking about throwing Jonathan Woodgate back into the mix has left me quite optimistic about our chances at White Hart Lane.

The lad has barely played a game for two years and with William Gallas, Michael Dawson and Younes Kaboul out, there doesn’t seem to be many options for them at centre half.

Tottenham have hit a bit of a rough patch and with Gareth Bale struggling with a bad back, this might be a great time to play them.

Harry won’t be used to playing with a small squad and it might just be the place to really get our season into full swing.

After that we’ve got the replay at Wigan, which is a game we really could have done without.

But you get a couple of wins and everything is rosy – and I think being drawn away at Fulham is not bad at all for a game in the fifth round.

We’ve got a genuine chance to progress but we’ve got to get the league form right first.

Isn't it a bit anti-Argentinian?

Here's a quick video about political correctness for that tw@t Keeeebaaab to watch - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_8CDK1FPko" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Think we might nick a 1-1, Spurs can't defend and we can't score, should be interesting!
