Hi, I joined the forum nearly a year ago to ask some questions for manutdtalk.com, which I'm a member of. I received a good few replies last time, so a similar response would be much appreciated.

Here are the questions:

1. What do you think would be a good season for United? And where do you think we will finish in the league?

2. What do you think would be a good season for Bolton Wanderers? And where do you think you will finish in the league?

3. Who is your one player to watch?

4. Who is your best signing of the summer?

5. Which United player do you fear the most?

A United player you appreciated or admired, basically. I hate Arsenal with a passion but Henry is my favourite Arsenal player. Kevin Nolan (hero), is my favourite Bolton player of all time. You used to get the better of Arsenal regularly with Big Sam and his physical approach.

Well, league win, and at least another from the FA Cup or Champs League. But I think you'll finish in the top 2.

Top 10, and Top 10.

3. Who is your one player to watch?
I think Eagles might come into his own as the season goes on, and Mark Davies if he gets more playing time.

4. Who is your best signing of the summer?
So far? Hard to say, probably Tuncay or Boyata.

5. Which United player do you fear the most?
Rooney or Ashley Young

6. Which of your players has something to prove this season?
I think if Cahill goes, Knight will have to show he's not been being carried. Petrov is my answer though.

7. Your prediction for the top 6 this season? Your prediction for the bottom three this season?
Man City, Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs (top 6)
Blackburn, Swansea, QPR (bottom 3)

8. Your favourite United player of all time? Your favourite Bolton Wanderers player of all time?
Cantona, fecking amazing player.
Jay Jay Okocha, just so many amazing memories.

9. If you could take one of our players for your team, who would it be?
Rooney. Easy.

10. Is Owen Coyle the right man for the job?
Definitely.

11. How highly do you rate Gary Cahill? Do you think he'll stay or go?
He's not as incredible as the papers say, but he's very very good. 3rd or 4th best English defender. I think he'll stay.

12. Your score prediction for the upcoming game?
1-1

A good season but Uniteds standards should be winning the league but I don't think you will.... De Gea will struggle IMO when it comes to the big tests of Chelsea, City etc i'm going to say you'll finish 3rd.

Not getting relegated has been a good season ever since Sammy Lee took charge with Owen once he relieases that by playing the same that put 4 past QPR won't be good enough for the likes of liverpool and city we should be looking 12th or higher.

3. Who is your one player to watch?
Well if he starts then for me Mark Davies is someone to watch shown against city and against liverpool that he is capable of making runs making plays but its just us getting him in the game thats the problem!


4. Who is your best signing of the summer?
We've yet to sign him yet, but I hear our 1.6milion bid for Messi was accepted this morning, but until he signs I'd say Tuncay could be a quality signing but he'll be coming on from the bench for the next half of the season until Owen gets the courage to drop Kevin Davies

5. Which United player do you fear the most?
Hernadez. I rate him as a top quality player who is fantastic IMO will be so much better then Rooney once he consistently gets games

6. Which of your players has something to prove this season?
All of them have to prove why they should be in the squad week in week out.... the problem with the squad is that players like Jussi, Knight, Kevin Davies seem to be in the team what ever so they know if they have a bad game they'll still be in the team next week.

7. Your prediction for the top 6 this season? Your prediction for the bottom three this season?
top 6:
Chelsea (Really think that they're going to be alot like United last season when they scrap out victories and quietly go about the games)

Spurs
Arsenal

David Beckham one of the first players I ever saw and always enjoyed watching him take free kicks....

Always loved watching Jay Jay player he was in a class of his own!

Vidic... world class defender IMO

10. Is Owen Coyle the right man for the job?
Yes once he gets his tactics right for games aghainst the big teams

11. How highly do you rate Gary Cahill? Do you think he'll stay or go?
Decent player.... aslong as we get money for him and then get a good replacement he can go....

You've set the bar high, I suppose anything less than a Champs League win and you'll be disappointed. You'll win the Prem easily I suspect.

Avoiding relegation. 14th

Klasnic. In the box. With the ball at his feet.

I suspect (& hope) Tuncay

Hernandez. With the right supply he could get a hat trick against our defence

Petrov was a bit of a let down last year. Mark davies needs to turn his potential into something more tangible

Man U, Man C, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs

I hate anyone that wears that shirt but if pressed I would say Giggs. For us Bergsson just pips Djorkaeff

He is.

He'll look great in a good side. He wont be with us beyond the next transfer window

Can't we just skip the united game and give them the points.Save the false hope epense and hassle and avoid risking injuring important players we need for the games where we might be able to compete.
