Wanderers v The Delusional (Mackems)
Brilliant. It's that time of year again when the board gets invaded by the charlie's that are Sunderland fans. I propose an immediate ban for any north-east newbie.
Onto the game, we'll smash them. Good old Brucie will see to that.
3-0 Bolton!! N'gog (2), K Davies.
COYW!!

They get bigger crowds than us, you know. If you didn't, don't worry they'll soon be here to remind you. Be a close one, can't see us not conceding so it's 2-1 for me. N'gog and Eagles again. Robinson'll get a a yellow card and Owen will say what a good manager Bruce is in the build-up to the game causing bemusement from all.
Re: Wanderers v The Delusional (Mackems)
Hope that we beat these, still cannot understand the mentality of some of their fans, from last season walking into the club shop swearing and misbehaving. For me utter chavs that sum up that area perfectly.

... & of course, those bigger crowds mean they get more than a goal for each one they score and their points are worth more than ours. Sheesh, it's hard work being a small team.bettyrasta wrote:They get bigger crowds than us, you know. If you didn't, don't worry they'll soon be here to remind you. .... & if OC's "good manager" shite is in any way to be deemed worth anything surely this is the occasion not to do it !!
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Sunderland are an absolutely massive club and are only behind Man City, West Ham and Newcastle in terms of massiveness.
To BwfcDan, I would be absolutely stunned if Kevin Davies manages to score.

Re: Wanderers v The Delusional (Mackems)
They had a bit of a to-do last time up there as I recall. Potato Head was trying to get one of ours sent off. When Cattermole put in one of his usually appalling challenges, Coyle rose above it and made an absolute cock of Bruce.bobo the clown wrote: .... & if OC's "good manager" shite is in any way to be deemed worth anything surely this is the occasion not to do it !!

Re: Wanderers v The Delusional (Mackems)
I'd like to see Kakuta replace Petrov for this game, and Tuncay or Klasnic in for SKD but I expect him to go with the same starting 11 as Saturday.
I feel reborn !!!! No more confussion

I predict a full away end jam packed to the rafters with the greatest fans in the world.
After that, and lets be honest with ourselves here, the result seems pretty irrelevant.

You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Whichever set of fans sings the loudest and has the highest percentage of bums on seats per allocation should get the points.

Re: Wanderers v The Delusional (Mackems)
Curses. What with the talk of free coaches, thought it was Swansea away this weekend (when I'm in South Wales) and Sunderland at home next weekend (when I'm in Bolton).
Sunderland are fragile, in fact they've been utterly f*cking shocking for most of the season with one win (against a Euro-tired Stoke) in nine games against the likes of West Brom, Brighton, Swansea and Norwich. Yep, I know we lost to Norwich too, but we'll be looking forward to this game much more than them and it's a great opportunity to build momentum.

Have I missed the invasion? They're pretty quiet at the moment. We've usually had at least 2 bellends banned by now.
I think they'll give us a good game but, as last weekend, I predict if we score first, we'll win. Concede first and it'll be nervy.

Re: Wanderers v The Delusional (Mackems)
Let's just get in there and win the game. You all know that they're a big club who can come and take away any of our players anytime they want to. One point won't help us much, three
will change the picture healthily. Clean sheet and three goals will do it just nicely. As for the wum flies, they'll be here, never fear.

Is there any chance that Coyle will pick Klasnic instead of Davies, do you think?

Cheers for highlighting this DSB, too me they sound like a team who are desperate for points and are performing very badly.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Sunderland are fragile, in fact they've been utterly f*cking shocking for most of the season with one win (against a Euro-tired Stoke) in nine games against the likes of West Brom, Brighton, Swansea and Norwich. We usually do well against teams in that situation

a) Seriously: me - the Axman (see new users forum for further information)
or b) Seriously, why shouldn't Coyle go with Klasnic instead of Davies? I would if I was The Manager (but I'm not - see a: above).
