Fantastic day that one.

Their manager spouted off in the press that they were going to out muscle, out fight and bully us and walk away with 3 points. Did not happen like that though.

Was that the day Lofty got his Fa Disrepute charge for posing in front of the Wolves end and receiving a hail of pie crusts ?

I saw on one of the highlights a number of them with replica shirts on and Norwich City scarves round their necks.

Couple of facts wrong but why let them get in the way of great memories eh?

That 22 man brawl was right in front of us.

Lofty did indeed receive his pie-shower at that game.

Those were the days.
I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.

Oh yeah - the 'greatest goal' by the way was Mixu's v Swindon.

Still rising.

This. There's plenty of non-league sides to choose from. Why align with that lot?

21 man brawl. Never forget Bryan Small deciding to sit that one out.

Who can recall the name of the old biddy from Wolverhampton (Murial or Mavis ???) who got a pie in her mush & complained about Lofty's behaviour ?

I assume it wasn't Lofty who chucked the pie at her as we all know lions can't throw.

Lenny the Lion could throw his voice.

Seeing as I'm 'Mr Showbiz' these days I've got a Lenny the Lion story too!

He came to our school once.

Brilliant day.

I should put these in a book. I'll also include the time I was in the Sandwich bar 'round the back of Piccadilly Plaza and Dave 'Curly Shirley' Ward came in (bacon barm for him, sausage and egg on toast for Suzie Mathis). I made the 'all right' face and he nodded back.

True story.

Susie Mathis was "the vocal coach" for the St Winifred's School Choir's 1980 Christmas number one, "There's No-one Quite Like Grandma".

'nuff said.

As if a Bolton fan would ever start following those set of c**ts.

Whoever wrote that is a FCUM fan, and read of a report of the game, and is trying to pass it off as real.

Utter b**locks
