Derby weren't in the top flight in 92/93 from 91-96 they were in the 2nd tier.

That's what I meant - that season Derby were in the First Division which had become the second tier that year (first season of the Premier League). We were in the Second Division (third tier) at the time which I think speaks volumes of our progress in the last 20 years.
