The Season Starts on Saturday. Watford.

You'll be disappointed by the atmosphere pal

Blimey, you're keen. I dread to think how depressing the 4 1/2 hour journey back could potentially be. Hope it works out for you!

Maybe not as bad as losing 5-0 at Wembley and my 5 hour drive home

We wil win and no one will know if it's a good thing. Some will be hopeful, Others will say it prolongs our mediocrity and others will say we won in spite of Coyle.

If we lose though... Meltdown.

I would love us to win, can concede a loss may be 'for the greater good'.. but if we draw i'll be devastated.

Right now, it's about three points on the board. All else is immaterial. 4-1 to us.

I like how even TD can't bring himself to predict a clean sheet.

remember them " 'megson carnt keep a clean sheet in 46 games' " days of the recent past and the warped 'postitional good' overvaluement (!) that folk had of them. ?

bit different from these "what the feck are they gonna do tomorrow ?" times of the horrible present.

would break anyone.

1-3

ngog or mears . whatever.

muchos booing. stupid postmatch interview with "nevermind. we'll win next week instead" excuses.

bastard

Looked at the league table this morning. Reminded me of 1980 81 the bounce back season.Think we kept most of the relegated team and added a couple(Brian Kidd etc) then spent the year hovering just above the bottom three. Failure is a habit. That side only kept 4 clean sheets and had Kidd/whatmore up front.Kept faith all year with the manager who took them down having led a very half hearted recovery in the second half of a season.

I suspect we'll win, but only because it'll keep Coyle in the job for another few weeks.

2-0 win. But at the same time it wouldn't surprise me if we lost.
