Given the proximity of it's release to my birthday, I expect this to be a present!

Anyone expecting anything juicy on Coyle?

I suspect he's so happy to have made it through this that he won't be in the mood for axe-grinding.

I also think his audience will want a feel-good story rather than a Hope Solo-style list of grudges.

Love how he has got a Bolton shirt on!

I thought they may have pushed for something else.

Appeal to the masses?

He's become as much a national icon as he is a club legend to us all.

What is the technique called for extracting the dairy product you put in your brew, from a cows udder?

Harsh boris. But fair.
Can't say I blame him though. I'd be doing the same if it were me.

It'll be a Hollywood film in a couple of years time, this. Will Smith will play the lead. Obviously by the time the yanks have rinsed it he'll be an American, played for the Dallas Cowboys and saved the world from an alien invasion.

Must admit this was my first thought when I saw the thread. But at least Fab has a story worth telling. Living in Zaire (now DoC), having a father who had to flew due to political views, turning up in a foreign land knowing none of the language, and then becoming a premier league star. Obviously the events of the last year have led to this coming to fruition but it'll be interesting to read an account of someone younger than most posters here and, I wager, been through more than most of us combined.

I don't doubt any of that. But nobody would normally give a feck about his past, if he hadn't almost died

I know. But it's a story worth printing (and making a bob or two on)
