Re: Dougie Freedman - New Manager
He's right. How many people on Saturday were sat near someone bemoaning us playing long balls, then screaming "get it forwards" every time we got hold of possession at the back?truewhite15 wrote:Dougie criticises fans who boo at half time;

I'm constantly sat near somebody like that. Front row of the North Stand, just to the right of the net, there's some middle aged bloke who moans and screams incessantly for the team to do the opposite of what's currently going on on the pitch. I hate him.BWFC_Insane wrote:He's right. Loving the safety mouthpiece action.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

That'll be assault that will.
Make sure you hit him.
Make sure you hit him.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Couldn't agree more!Sponge wrote:God, I hate our fans sometimes.
Same when singing "Dougie, Dougie give us a wave" when he stands up to talk to the lads on the pitch and then booing when he doesn't wave. Much rather him concentrate on the game than wave to us thanks!

Seen it somewhere before?
Re: Dougie Freedman - New Manager
The more he talks the more I think this lad means business everything is measured and grounded he knows we wont win every game but he'll do his best to ensure we win those we should. No bigging up the opposition their manager and fans which was Owens way so when we got beat it was because of that and not his tactics.

On the other hand if Holloway was at Tractor Boys and McCarthy at Palace... then again as you were.
Is it too late to draft in Holloway as Doogs mentor?

Re: Dougie Freedman - New Manager
But McCarthy won on Saturday away at Birmingham. So does that make him a good or bad manager? I'm cconfused. I guess we'll have to wait for the next game before we can decide for sure.....

Many in the media, and allot of the greed league sky "armchair fans" keep saying we are a one man (Zaha) team, meanwhile those of us that actually go to watch our team play are fully aware that our team has brilliance right across it. Exciting times.
