Difference being we treated this team as equal. All games need this.

I think Dougie is getting this through to the team.

Happy Wanderer tonight.

We are three points off Blackburn now. Who were riding high when Kean was manager.

Keeps us in touch with the playoff pack... just. Good win, unbeaten under Dougie... just. We're turning around like an oil tanker here but we definitely seem to have shifted direction.

Great win against a Blackburn side seemingly on a downward slope. It sounds like it was the perfect time to catch them. I'm going to try to keep my emotions in check and not get too hopeful for the Ipswich game because I keep doing that with each game and both the Brighton and Barnsley games were hugely disappointing in terms of either the performance or the result. But I guess a team can't play like they did today every game - that would be expecting too much. But if we get three points against Ipswich, either by playing brilliantly again or by playing okay, then we will take it. When you experience a performance like today you think you can beat anyone but as we know, sometimes the next one is often below-par. Lets hope we can take this form into Saturday and win convincingly.

Listened to the first half on Radio Lancs and we seemed to be well on top. Had to rely on text updates from my lad who went for the second half but he was bricking it for the last ten minutes. It seems that Dougie is still tinkering but he is getting it right, looking for a solid 4-5-1 away from home and something freer when the opposition warrants it at home.

A great three points but what we are now lacking is back to back wins. Roll on Saturday.

Oh and proud of you son, could hear the Wanderers fans all the way through the first half.

Thourouly enjoyed that, but it's still a way to January and there's still lots to learn.

Not being negative (I can't do it!) just a cautionary note.

Tonight's three points moves us into the pack of teams looking to break into the top-six; and with a run of fixtures next month that, on paper at least, look as easy as this month's looked difficult, there's no reason that we can't be there or thereabouts when the New Year comes around.

It'll mean three points more than if we'd lost at Blackburn surely?
