Kept it tight/scrappy with 4-2-3-1 then went 4-4-2 at 0-0 on 60-ish minutes to get the win.

Dougie out!

Bogdan saves right on the line amidst Charlton appeals it was over. N'gog limping? Whites still going strong now and Petrov draws a great save from the keeper. Better....4 mins extra.

I don't know how you can be so confident. As long as there are seconds on the clock, I remain convinced we'll contrive some way to feck this up.
We'll be 13th if it stays the same.

Excellent. Onwards and upwards (and if I'm not mistaken, the 1st time we've not had a negative goal difference since the start of the season!)

Great. Now let's start stringing some results together.

P.S. All those dickheads who booed when Dougie made his substitutions should be frogmarched into the changing room and forced to apologise. And if any of the boo-ers post on this forum, perhaps they can explain their reasoning (preferably with something other than "I pay my hard-earned money, so it's my right to boo if I want to).

Yup. Fair few teams on 29 points.

Big winners today, Us, Leeds and Boro.

Wonder if all the dickheads who booed the decision to bring Ngog on for LCY will now see the error of their ways?

Rather have no fans than those types.

'Fraid you are. We lost the opening game against Burnley 0-2 then beat Derby 2-0 and followed that up with a 2-2 draw against Forest.

Shows how far we have dropped actually celebrating being 13th in the Championship. Coyle has a lot to answer for a mid table Premier league team to a mid table Championship team. Lets hope Dougie can reverse that. Onwards and upwards playing badly and winning if Dougie instils that into them and gets them to believe what they could do when playing well that and a couple of astute signings in January could see us back :oyea:

It's remarkable how tight this division is. We're only 7 points off the play off spots and only 15 off the lead. Neither of those two are that hard to obtain in a league which constantly has teams going on long successful runs.
