He played 90 minutes in a game VS Bury last night I believe, And looked very comfortable reading the game and with his passing.

Bury Reserves, official team photo:
Re: Medo Kamara
Chances are I would have impressed in that game......
From Bury's official website:
Signed on Monday, left on Tuesday – striker leaves Gigg Lane
Jeanvion Yulu-Matondo, a former Belgian under 21 that signed on non-contract terms for the Shakers on Monday, has now left the club after one appearance for the reserves.
Yulu played on Monday evenings for the Shakers development squad in a 1-0 defeat against Bolton Wanderers in the Manchester Senior Cup.
Following Tuesday nights defeat against Sheffield United, Kevin Blackwell gave the media an update on Yulu by saying:-
“Yulu was a free agent; he was out of contract and had shown a little bit in training. I signed him on non-contract terms with a view to looking at him in the reserves against Bolton, if he had shown something in that game, I might have been able to throw him on the bench, so he’s on the next flight to Brussels.”

Telling it like it is !!
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Scored against Juventus in the champions league and now not good enough for Bury, oh dear
Re: Medo Kamara
Some footage of his time in Finland. Not the best quality video, but shows something of what he has to offer.

Enjoyed that, thanks. I know that clips on U-tube flatter to deceive but he does look impressive
Re: Medo Kamara
That's even worse than most youtube videos! I made it four minutes, by which point I'd seen three goals, one of which was disallowed, and about 17 slow motion replays of him controlling a five yard pass under no pressure in midfield and then making a five yard pass! You could make that kind of video about anyone (OK Darren, not quite everyone). I'm none the wiser.Enoch wrote:Some footage of his time in Finland. In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

Somebody on here said he wasn't really a goalscorer two crackers in that video early on.Prufrock wrote:That's even worse than most youtube videos! Re: Medo Kamara
Although I think Dougie is bang on in sticking with Pratley/Spearing in the middle Kamara, in his brief cameo today, really looks like a good replacement for the latter long term. That moment where he fought off about 3 Brighton players and made a good ball to Lee showed real determination and really summed up the way this team is playing at the moment.

That was really pleasing to see.
"I've got the ball now. It's a bit worn, but I've got it"
Re: Medo Kamara
I'd love to sign Spearing permanently and then have him and Medo bossing our midfield... that would be a decent Premier League combo never mind Championship level!

Re: Medo Kamara
If we did go up, I think he'd sign Spearing.
If we don't, I think we might still enquire as to whether he fancied it and whether we could afford it.
