Re: The "Nothing to see here"Transfer thread
What on God's Earth would we be doing looking at another striker ?
Whether what we have will work or nit remains to be seen but an extra one ... for £1m ??

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

perhaps we are going for the coylesque 1 1 8 formation ( it must be something about managers who are scottish & ex forwards) !bobo the clown wrote:What on God's Earth would we be doing looking at another striker ?

I'm worried that he thinks we've got the defence sorted (he said as much).

That would worry me too. Sure we've replaced half a defence RB/LB and I'm not against that, but it's the other half that was/is really worrying.boltonboris wrote:I'm worried that he thinks we've got the defence sorted (he said as much).

anyway - NEWS!!!
Dougie Freedman has revealed he would like to speak with Andre Moritz again, despite the midfielder turning down a move to Bolton.
Moritz is a free agent after leaving Crystal Palace at the end of last month, and met with the Wanderers boss to discuss terms last week.
The 26-year-old turned down the opportunity to sign on at the Reebok Stadium, but Freedman has refused to give up hope and admits he would like to hold further talks with the Brazilian.
"We brought Andre in for talks and unfortunately it isn't something we could do right now in terms of wages," Freedman told The Bolton News.
"He has gone home but he's a player I really like, he is a free transfer and not under contract with anyone else so I would hope somewhere down the line we could speak again."

Or his Twitter account in which he confirms the Celtic link was pure paper talk.BWFC_Insane wrote:Not according to the BN who say he is in Brazil thinking over offers from club there.clapton is god wrote:He'll have to be quick! Moritz is talking to Celtic.

He scored a huge amount of important goals the season we went down for QPR. It was like whenever the b*stards scored a goal it was him. we would have stayed up comfortably if it was not for him.TKIZ! wrote:Jamie Mackie has just put himself on the transfer list at QPR.....decent striker in the Championship

The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.
Re: The "Nothing to see here"Transfer thread
Nixon said there has been some movement on the transfer front and there will be something in the paper tomorrow.
I have a feeling Ngog will be off at some point. I hope I am wrong but can see Fulham coming back for him. They have let Petric (spelling?) go this summer so are a forward short. We need to free some wages and Ngog is probably our top earner or close to it.

Blackpool are in for Mills & Andrews on loan.
Can see the Andrews deal happening with Ince bringing him from the lower leagues when at Blackburn.
