Blackpool ... Donkeys or Towering ?

Post by bobo the clown » Sat Apr 27, 2013 5:30 pm

Well, it's in our hands now. Which truly is scary.

... & if we win then whey-hey, we're .... (gulp) ... in the play-offs. So just one game to see if we have 2 games to see if we have one final game to go.

Whatever, it has to be said that we are somewhat better placed than we were in early February and there is a general optimism that I never dreamt of.

So, Barnstormers post game, whatever ??

Not necessarily. If we do beat Blackpool but Forest beat Leicester by four goals more then we won't be in anything of the sort.

Normal order restored.

Ah, but if they only do better than us by 3 then it comes down to goals scored. We are currently 6 ahead ... so yes, Forest to beat Leicester by 4 goals better than we do against Blackpool.

I'm more concerned that we'll bugger it up v Blackpool to be honest.

But that would have to be down to us ... as Blackpool aren't peerless (sic) !!

I'd just like to apologise now as this will be the first game of the season that I will have been to and paid for. Managed to get to a couple of games when using others season tickets, but this is my first actual ticket.

So we are guaranteed to lose and not get in the play offs.

I'm truly sorry :(

Wheater, Ream or Mills to play?

I think we'll do it. We look so much stronger and fitter now than we did a few months ago.

They changed fckg Pope's. I can't get near the one whose ring I said I'd kiss.

I'm sure he just gave it to the new pope, hence the term Papal ring not the ex Popes ring.

Well, despite Capt Chaos's ridiculous statement when he left, we've made it to the last game with our fate in our own hands. A remarkable achievement by Dougie

The increased professionalism that he's brought to the club leaves me confident we'll see it out, and then have the nerve shredding finale that is the play offs.

The last time forest and leicester met, they drew. Something we'll hope to see repeat next weekend.
