Nice to see that dull and completely uninteresting transfer thread cast aside in favour of this much more vibrant all action one.

Any ideas on who might come in as cover at left back?

With Holden mising for so long, and not since we lost Muamba and Rio Coker have we had players like Medo and Spearing who actually want the ball and go get it. One of our major faults has been defenders allowing themselves to be pushed back every time the opposition come forward. Bit more hassling in midfield has long been a need, add that Medo and Spearing can actually pass a ball having won it and it's looking decidedly healthier. Really like the look of Baptiste taking on a sweeper role to his own. I reckon he'd make a decent central defender.

Have we tried Zat Knight in goal? :wink:
