That will be an advantage...........for Brighton. #lolbobo the clown wrote:He is on loan at present. isn't he ?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Yep, that old thing where the same players putting in the same performance look far more threatening when they're the opposition. Re: By Hove!
I may be wrong - it happens, and I'm not too proud to admit it - but I think that rule only applies in the Premier League. I seem to recall it being changed after some brouhaha surrounding our friends from Salford Quays and their release of Timothy Howard to the toffee-sucking cloud-heads on Moyesyside.bobo the clown wrote:He is on loan at present. isn't he ?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Yep, that old thing where the same players putting in the same performance look far more threatening when they're the opposition. Wonder if he's still sulking? Maybe he'll get the Brighton players to wear 'Respect' tshirts with his face on them?Beefheart wrote:That will be an advantage...........for Brighton. #lolbobo the clown wrote:He is on loan at present. isn't he ?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Yep, that old thing where the same players putting in the same performance look far more threatening when they're the opposition. Re: By Hove!
Tomorrow is another day so they say and so I'm looking forward to the Supers building on Tuesday's performance and finally showing what we're made of.
We'll win this 3-0, 4-0 perhaps even 5-0!
Shots flying in from everywhere, Brighton mesmerised by our fast flowing attacking football and their fans left open mouthed by our class.
Come on Bolton, come on!
Brighton fact. A girl I used to work with, well her brother owned a chain of car washes. He was trying to think of a name for them and she came up with 'Brighton Shine'. He used it. She fell out with him because she felt that he should have cut her in on the deal.
They've never spoken since.

I'm not asking you to 'think outside the box' I just wish you'd have a rummage around in it once in a while.

Wasn't Brighton away the turning point of last season?
We can do it again.

I think we'll lose
And I still won't think he should be under any undue pressure, other than that he puts on himself
And I'm spending 18 hours of my life trekking there and back

Re: By Hove!
I think we've a chance of a draw. I'll go with 1-1. I'm not sure that Brighton are quite the same proposition under this new guy as they were under Poyet, and hopefully Tuesday's draw might have instilled at least a smidgen of self-belief in our lot.
May the bridges I burn light your way

^ and there we have in three neat, consecutive posts - the three possibilities all predicted!

I'd take a point now. Which is what I think we'll end up with. 0-0

Seven games without a win? This is definitely the turning point. Bolton win and smiles all round.

Re: By Hove!
The most likely draw score is 2-2. Which highlights the current problem.
Re: By Hove!
Apparently they have selection issues
New injury update for us:
Ward (achilles) probably out
Forster-Caskey (groin) 2 weeks
Agustien (groin) still not ready
Total unavailable for us tomorrow:
Ward- injured
Forster-Caskey- injured
Agustien- injured
Andrews- ineligible
CMS- injured
Hoskins- injured
Ulloa- suspended
Orlandi- injured
Bridcutt- injured
9 first team players!
Team will be something like this I guess:
Kuszczak
Bruno Greer Upson Calderon
Ince
David Crofts
Conway
Buckley Barnes
Subs: Brezovan, Maksimenko, Chicksen, Lua Lua, March, El-Abd, Barker
Starting 11 could be any 2 from Conway/LuaLua/Buckley but no options on the bench really.

Reminds me, hope Dougie packs the marigolds in case the away dressing room has been soiled in any way. Job for Zat, keep him involved.Worthy4England wrote:We'll shit 'em

Three men short there, but beware Australian defender Bruno Greer, 38-year-old midfielder David Crofts and posho striker Buckley Barnes...

0-0 is the best we can hope for i think
