Beckford gets sandbagged and we get a free and.....Knight's header wins a goal kick. Boro's second change is another attacking one. Beckford does well and wins a throw. Cross in from Spearing and Chungy tries a hopeful look for a pen. No chance.....and N'gog appears in his place. Not sure about that one but.....who knows. Lonergan....cleared....they get a throw as Butterfield leaves the fray.

We want a goal......and....Knight goes down but manages to redeem it. Beckford gets a bang on the head before they charge and fire one over the top. We now have our whole artillery regiment on show with the three musketeers up front but it's the defenders getting the stick. Now Eagles loses it before it hits his arm. And........they slip up and we break and.......win a throw. Mills getting booed before Spearing robs Adoma. And.....Eagles comes and....cleared and... Moritz.......has a shot caught by Given. We're not having a lot of luck right now and Knight and Mills can't get shut of the ball quick enough. Lonergan....N'gog....Beckford...and he lashes it well wide....Think we've managed to blow it. They have a late visit and.....it's a goal kick.

N'gog stands on the ball and falls.....great. And now they lose it to us and Eagles...goes down and it's cleared.
Eagles again and.......N'gog then Baptiste miss out. Goal kick. Boro bring on their third sub for Adoma. Can we........do......anything....at....all? Rain hammers down as N'gog twinkles. Baptiste....Moritz...Ream.....and its 2-2..... :oyea: :oyea:

The rain must have disguised our attack and now five minutes are announced. Can a miracle occur? and....ohhh, Knight clears and........they clear. Now we bang it boxwards as they win a free kick to waste some time. COME ON YOU WHITES.......Two back from two down and .....Lonnergan has to make a great save from a long snap shot.....now we have a free in the middle. Moritz comes in but the pass is bad and it ends up back with Lonergan. Ream does well before they charge again. Eagles.....it's cleared and...time's almost up. Knight clears and the whistle blows on a 2-2 draw. Could have been worse I suppose but oh, those errors ae costing us dear.

Thanks Tango. So, the New Year is depressingly as poor as what went before...

Only we're closer to the relegation places than we were when we started

Missed my first game at home this season so can only go off what my mate has said.

"Should have be 2-0 to us. Boro didn't really threaten much. We beat ourselves"
