Not a pre-season friendly but there's works going on somewhere on the train route to Watford when we play there so the train journey has a few extra changes and a replacement bus service in there.
Just looked at it(from Bolton) and its quicker via Paddington, despite the fact you change 6 times then it is to go via Euston changing only 3 times. Not sure what bus service your on about though? Watford High street is the nearest station

The works are between Euston and Watford. Simples ... if your train is a limited-stopper then don't go into Euston.

Get off at Milton Keynes then catch the stopper to Euston getting off at Watford.

Manchester Piccadilly 08:45 - London ST Pancreas 12:04
London ST Pancreas 12:19 - London Euston 12:24(underground, Victoria line)

.
Or, alternatively,

London St Pancras - London Euston
Walk. Anytime. 10 fecking minutes (if you're a really slow walker).

And might I add.

Option 4:
Don't go. Sit at home, save your money, do something with your life that isn't shit.

You're welcome.

Picc to Euston then London Overground to Watford High St. DKWTF going via Paddington will do except add 4 more stops for a bit less time. 8)

St Pancreas sounds a bit messy for me. Not too far from being a shithole Dan.

Bolton XI also at Wrexham Friday 1st August, I assume it's the development squad.
I'm going to this one, visiting a mate who recently moved down there. City fan, but could be worse. Anyone else?

Her sister, Betsan, said she didn't want too though. Funny lass.
