Freedman coaching Scotland U19 National team?

Post by wigan white » Sun Aug 31, 2014 9:18 pm

Just had a bizarre phonecall from my dad saying this morning on the "Lion of Vienna" twitter page, there was an article about Freedman being invited to help with the coaching of the U19 Scottish national side and that they picked him due to how well he did on the "coaching courses" and that they are prepping him for a bigger job with the national side. Plus hes supposed to be with the U19 side for their match this tuesday? My dads tried to find any further info about this but theres nowt? Just wondered if anybody else knows owt about this as its baffling if true? :conf:

Just that. It should ensure we never have to put up with another phase of "Ally's Army" type hype anyway.

I hope they hurry up.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Oh, no!! Just like Allardyce and the England job! We're doomed now. He's never going to get this team playing proper footie again! 8)
