I also thought it a silly challenge that was always going to result in a foul being given.

It wasn't worth a red card as the ball was going away from goal and the keeper didn't deny a goal scoring opportunity. We've all seen them given though.

Spearing defo put a challenge in fir the free kick that led to their goal. Bit silly as the lad was running into our centre backs and Spearing didn't need to take one for the team, as he probably saw it.
