Our weakness on a 3 centre-half idea isn't down to whether we have the centre-halves, once they got used to it, but whether we have suitable wing-backs ... which we don't by the way.

It's a big change and I assume it's being thoroughly tried out in training but we aren't ready

We just need to get this season out of the way. Lennon knows we aren't going down and is experimenting. Hardly surprising that some of the players find this concept new after the table football tactics drilled into them by the last chancer duggie.

Feeney and vela might be up to it, moxey probably not . Physically very hard on the wingbacks though . As a means of utilising clough / rochinha at home it kind of makes sense . Away I'd rather see a compact 442 and a less pretty approach .
