We're going to smash them 2-1.

Today we were absolutely terrible as soon as woolery came on we were a different team we have to show more faith in the kids going forward as they seem more up for it than the first team failures! Spearing MOM for me at least he showed a bit of fight we have been missing from late. Heskey and Pateley I would cancel their contracts immediately!

Comeback is on... Still time to get out of this lads!

Just don't see the point of Heskey up front on his own. No pace and offer absolutely nothing as a goal threat. Even when he did hold the ball up and lay it off to a wide man, there was nothing going to come of it. As soon as he went off the game changed. Their defenders, who'd had an easy game until that point, looked worried with Feeney's extra pace. When Woolery came on they were terrified.
I didn't think I would ever say this but.... we completely dominated the midfield when Trotter came on. He won the ball, used it wisely and even got forward in attack. It has taken a while but he actually looks like a footballer now.
Lennon was lucky today but it doesn't matter how we played, three points is all we were concerned about. He picked the wrong line up with Heskey up front on his own but he just changed it in time. The wet skiddy pitch didn't lend itself to a good game of football but it doesn't matter now.
Worth mentioning the referee. I thought he let the game flow and probably was the best refereeing performance I have seen at The Makron this season.

Yaya Trotter! Lad changed the game, we weren't that much better than Rotherham mind. Utterly bemusing as to why he wasn't starting with the recent form he has shown. Spearing again looked decent, and some finish. Wollery has shown promise in the two games. Finally a guy with a bit of pace! Let's hope we stay up and get shot of Lennon, cause there is no way our squad should be near the foot of the table.
