Can you arrange it that when someone types in the word 'Madine' we see a photo of a dray horse instead please, DJBlue? :)

We're being targeted by ads, viagra, fake notes etc, at the moment. I've banned a dozen in the last two days and deleted quite a few posts. These plonkers don't stick to one thread or even one forum but post anywhere. Seems to be a real spate of them, ...JJB?

It's Putin's mob. They're pissed off that they've been named after poisoning somebody, so they've unleashed the cyber dogs of war... or in this case the cyber pugs of a slight fracas.

Howdo DJBlu, any advance on getting TW working for mobile/tablet again? Also seems to be stopping me logging in using the (very excellent) one-click social login. Pity as the site's a pleasure to use.

I didn't realise I had associated it with my fb account. I need to set up a new the-wanderer.co.uk account on there to set it up again. The Ipad/iPhone issue is still on going as its not something I can sort out without help. If need be I'll allow insecure connections for ipad and iPhone if I cannot resolve it soon.

Getting all sorts of messages about site unavailable and account closed. Any clue what's happening?

Yes, the host thought I hadn't paid this month.

All is ok now.

All sorted thanks Djb. Biggest problems for me were my desktop shortcuts had retained the block (I'm still in the stone-age with XP Professinal but it fulfils my needs, so..) I've sorted that now and all's well. Thanks again.

Wow! Windows XP! :D

I cannot recommend highly enough to upgrade. I do believe XP isn't supported by Microsoft anymore.

So I notice - cheers champ, good work.

Not to mither, but any luck with getting the site working on mobile/tablet? I tweeted a link and someone said he thought TW had closed because he hadn't been able to get on it in weeks...

It works on my mobile.
If you are getting the "This site has been suspended" page, just refresh and it'll take you to the home page where you can log in.

TonyDomingos here. I've had trouble logging in for some time. I've managed via my Twitter account, but it logs me in under my real name, with an avitar of me and the wife (which is from fb). Help!

Nice picture though, Tony.

Think DJB said it was an apple issue with how he's set up the secure connections or something.

But yeah ipad doesn't work, which was a shame last night as the game was going on, I really wanted to log in, but currently have no laptop or PC at home with which to do so!
