Re: Administration and recovery
Yes, I can state it with certainty. My knowledge comes from an old university pal who is a top forensic auditor who has worked for KPMG, Deloitte, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Ernst Young before turning to independent consultancy. When he tells me stuff, and he knows I'm a Wanderers fan, I listen. The consultants who work both for Quantuma and Rubin's are drinking buddies of his in Sussex. FV don't have any fxcking cash; their entire business plan is built on foundations of sand, they have zero liquidity, no readies, and webs of complicated (and frankly verging on illegal) ways of funding commitments.dave the minion wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2019 7:30 pmLLS - not dissing your statements or questioning them, but given that you've stated this a lot - can I ask, do you know this is the case, or is it just your best guess of the situation?Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2019 7:23 pm
...the Bottom Line is Appleton had previously stated that unsecured creditors were heading for 35p in the £, and (by implication alone) that secured creditors would be getting paid, but FV do not, nor never have had, the cash to make that statement come true. That's the bottom line. That and that alone. Everything else is subsidiary to that Big Problem. FV have tried to bamboozle their way through the entire process. They are skint.
As I said, not saying you are wrong at all - and you might well be 100% correct - just the level of confidence with which you make the point about them having no cash implies some knowledge rather than just an assumption?

Fair do's. Ta for answering. I know I'm asking the wrong people here, but given the above, what on earth is the EFL fair and proper owner test actually testing then??Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2019 8:16 pmYes, I can state it with certainty. Different people. The consultants who work for Rubin's, and the consultants who work for Quantuma.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2019 8:28 pmThe consultants who work for both Quantuma and Rubin’s...who?

Clue 1. They all drink with somebody who lives close to Tunbridge Wells.
Clue 2. You can ask Paul how many Mickey's he knows...

Paul will be able to work that one out for himself. Why you would want to know, I've no idea.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2019 8:48 pmI’m not asking for their names. I’ve been thanking Michael James for over a year now. I have no doubt he’s the main (only?) reason we are alive and kicking. I also reckon he thinks Ken is a c*nt an all. I’ll buy him a pint if I ever meet him.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2019 8:08 pmAnd the rest...though you can thank Michael James for being a fan. Otherwise I think we’d not be here by now.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2019 8:07 pmFV did put a million in to get the club up and running at the start didn’t they?

Does Costello have the full set of bins - black, blue, pink and green?

Re: Administration and recovery
I just threw that in to test you were actually knowledgable about bins. We've had all sorts of claims to inside knowledge. It's brown. Well done.
Nixon does indeed say some sorta announcement imminent.
Re: Administration and recovery
He seems to be hinting at this property magnate not FV.
