This needed changing after 30 minutes. We are playing with our hands tied behind our back in the name of tactical insanity. Football is a simple game. Keep it out and score at the other end. The rest doesn’t matter. A good team needs to be tight, without huge gaps between players and a shape that can control a game one way or another. None of that exists in this ridiculous footballing experiment we are enduring.
