Tuttes an odd one. He struggled first couple of games back from injury but he’s a good reader of the game at this level. Would prefer him in the side over Thomason at the moment.
Really can’t understand why he’s not starting over MJ, who’s begun awfully again.
Suspect the managers probably seeing something in training. Hopefully those are just nerves.

Glad to see he's gone with Declan John, Maddison and Oladapo Afolayan. They seemed the more threatening of the players on Tuesday.

Stevenage look like they really want to get at us, seems like its gonna be an interesting contest this one.

2 great bits of skill by John for the goal, followed by our best corner all season!

We are looking to play through that back line a lot quicker - good to see.

Oooooh. Alex Baptiste with the run of a striker...

Unlucky.

Should have scored really. Baptiste still worries me at the back every time it goes near him....

Can only be a matter of time before Steve Eyre’s snapped up by Sky Sports.

Danny Newton - 29 yrs old, spent all his career in non-league. Looks to be quite a find on this showing.

Agreed
I really don’t see a clean sheet today. Hoping for a Kevin Keegan style 4-2!

No keeper on the bench. Wonder how demoralising this is for our backup goalkeepers that there is no chance of coming on.

Some lovely attacking stuff by Bolton here, plenty of possession and passing with intent as well, great stuff.
