That's only because you're always at the other end of the field to me

At the back we are poor defensively. Midfield weak. Front 4 and DJ going forward a handful to say the least.

We’d make Ali Dia look like a world beater Tbf.

Don’t want to belabour the point, but MJ looks like a competition winner.

Every time Jones gets the ball he’s looking up thinking where the feck is Maddison?

Maddison likes a few theatrics doesn't he?

He's been busy in the game. Looks uncertain at times but he's definitely covering a decent amount of the pitch.
Maddison with a bit of play acting there. About time we had someone that made the referee have to make some difficult calls. Always used to like Campo and Diouf winning a decent number of free kicks.

Jones is a noticeable downgrade on Brockbank.

Maddison thus far has not impressed.

Stevenage chucking men forward would play into our hands if we could actually break out of defence at speed. Some awful decisions and use of possession at the back.

Yep. I suspect he's either brilliant or a liability.

Absolutely spot on this. Counting the times we have an overload yet panic and the ball is terrible...Harry Genshaw wrote: ↑Sat Feb 13, 2021 3:38 pmStevenage chucking men forward would play into our hands if we could actually break out of defence at speed. He's had that one shot early on which if it was on target we'd been saying something quite different. For me he's looked lively and tried a lot of forward balls which haven't yet come off. I suspect he's gonna be frustrating but possibly the only one whose likely to unlock defences with Eoin Doyle.

Trying too hard atm. It'll come.

He’s trying to make Hollywood passes all the time. Overall it’s obvious he’s potentially a good player but harsh to have left Gnahoua out based on first 45...Mar wrote: ↑Sat Feb 13, 2021 3:41 pmHe's had that one shot early on which if it was on target we'd been saying something quite different. John just looks too good. Great going forwards. Class above.

I get the impression he's trying a little too hard to do exactly that
