Glorious chance for Doyle goalie dithered when clearing straight to Doyle who didn't control it. Very poor but performance first half overall good. They look useful going forward but suspect in defence. Johnson gave away the first to them but then cleared off the line.

Very good first half from both teams. A definite step up in class from L2 for Bolton. Baka was the stand out player for us in the 1st half. Brilliant free kick from Sheehan. Mistake at the back from Johnston who has had a decent game otherwise. They have made a couple of bad mistakes at the back which a sharper Doyle would have capitalized on. Game on a knife edge. Either team can win this.

Really enjoyed the first half. Atmosphere sounds great. There is a clear step up in standard from L2. George Johnston looks an incredible signing. Would like to see Sheehan get on the ball more. MJ Williams has struggled. Doubt we’ll come up against a better attack than this in L1. Can’t wait for the second half.
