Clearly this thread hasn't been hot in my absence...

Ins and outs. Three kids have extended their loans until Feb 4 – Max Conway at Buxton (National League North, tier 6), Arran Pettifer at Atherton Colls (NPL Prem, t7), Matty Grivosti at Radcliffe Borough (NPL Prem, t7). We have recall if required.

Coming back are Adam Senior, who was at AFC Telford (National League North, tier 6), and Lamine Toure from Lancaster City (NPL Prem, t7).

Is it reasonable to surmise that the B team doesn’t currently look to contain any players capable of making the step up?

Early days yet, I know, but still mildly concerning.

Very early days yet - I think it might take a couple of seasons before we really start to see it bear fruit.

Let's not forget though that Conor Carty scored a vital goal against Tranmere in the PJT to earn a point. Who knows, maybe without that point we wouldn't be in the quarter finals of the competition

Has anyone on here actually seen much of the Bs in person this season? I had intended to go a bit, but have been way too busy. Would love to know how/if any of these lads are developing.

Not seen anything other than the highlights. Quite like to watch them back when they were the reserves but having kids takes up the time and given most matches finish around pick up time theres no chance to watch.
