As for penalties. Always preferred strikers to take them as they have the best chance of making amends.

Speaking of making amends. I remember Dixon saving the odd penalty in his time here so hopefully something good to come from Dixon.

Has Dixon saved a couple of penalties for us or am I mixing him up with Crellin?

I think he saved one against Barnsley in the League Cup last season.

Don't think Dixon is saving any of these.

Dixon nicely diving out of the way. Good one mate. Don’t want to trouble the ball.

Dixon just crumples to his knees each time. Absolutely useless. Either stand up or bloody dive.

I thought Isgrove did really well when he came on, but why we’d let one of our worst finishers take a pen I don’t know.

Jesus Christ on a bike Dixon. You've dived to the left 4 times and they finally go that way and you crumple on it.

Off you feck.

You can tell a lot about a keeper from a penalty shoot out. That was one of the worst efforts from a keeper I’ve seen. Get him gone.

Well one points better than none. Good comeback despite playing poorly.

I know there's plenty of focus on Dixon, but there were plenty, first half who need a long hard look in the mirror.

Yep agree with this. Worrying to an extent how few seemed up to prove a point.

Isgrove and Carty showed what enthusiasm looks like.

Yeah awful performance from pretty much everyone.

My takeaways would be:

- Promote Hutchinson beyond Dixon, immediately
- Isgrove should be Bradley’s main back-up
- Sadlier should be given a shot up top
- Declan John appears to have given up
- Toal showed some good signs but also some not so good ones
- Dapo was generally bad
- Carty clearly has something about him and I hope is given more chances

How come our Icelandic international striker (who I like a lot) didn't take a penalty? Or maybe w should have put him between the sticks?

Not happy John played right wing back. Certainly not writing him off, albeit it’s odd at the moment with him.

I don’t think the balance of midfield looks right to me without a tackler in there. Sheehan ok on his way back but disappointed Morley didn’t take his chance.
