Our most attacking options now are Sheehan and Isgrove, which feels underwhelming. Indeed, I'd say we might not see another sub.

I'd welcome the John substitute. So positive last week and yet really nervous this week. Wonder how his head is given whats gone on. Maybe more pressure than last week. Either way he's not really contributing like he did last week, almost as if he's playing within himself.

Adeboyejo didnt really get going and Shoretire tried hard but to little effect. Almost as if he's trying one too many passes in the one instance that stuck with me.

Not expecting great things from Jerome now either. Hopefully he'll link up well. Heard he'd done well stat wise in terms of closing down and putting a shift in but we'll see. Maybe that's elder statesman territory, but i'd never considered him a good poacher of goals, more of a decent blunt instrument ala Kevin Davies and Heskey.
