IF we really did want Butcher then that was another lucky escape.

Maybe, but I wouldn't condemn him on one sub appearance in a disastrous match. Fair enough, howler for our third goal – but overall there's not much difference a defensive midfielder can make as a half-time sub at 0-2, especially when it quickly becomes 0-3 and the boss starts throwing Hail Mary subs from the bench, tattering any remaining shape and cohesion there was. Schuey changed it again on the 54th minute, bringing on Finn Azaz, and then again 12 minutes later when he finally replaced one of his backfiring rear trio with someone with a bit more pace (Brendan Galloway). By that point it was 0-4.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Mon Apr 03, 2023 12:59 pmIF we really did want Butcher then that was another lucky escape.

I'm currently converting a full replay video of the game from Sky, it'll be on the old Couch thread of the forum, if you haven't got access then send a PM and you'll be able to watch the whole game as it's not on iFollow yet.

<heart> thanks DJB.
I have a sudden huge hankering to see the celebrations after the third goal - when they were all pointing for the crowd at Kacha in sheer delight.
Although at least a dozen people sat near me missed it live as they were still on the way back from stocking up on burgers and beer....

Was just about to ask if anyone knew of a way to get access to a full match replay. That would be amazing, thanks DJB

Bollocks to it, I'm going to have to leave the adverts in, it's losing audio sync.

I know he was injured but surely they should have found a way to get Toal into that?
Also seems incredibly harsh to be forcing Dad Bod to perform a sex act during the photo….give the man a break!

If it doesn't start immediately then give is a minute as it needs to buffer a bit as it's a massive file.
